2. License & Usage
Frost Bypass grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of our software. Each license key is valid for a single account.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or disrupts the operation of our systems. Sharing, reselling, or lending your account credentials to others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Data Collection & Security
To protect the security and integrity of our platform and all users, Frost Bypass collects and processes the following information when you use our services: • Steam account names and Steam IDs associated with the machine running the software • Discord account username linked to your Frost Bypass account This data is used exclusively for security purposes — to detect unauthorized sharing of accounts, prevent fraud, and protect all users of the platform. This information is never sold to third parties.
5. Account Termination
Frost Bypass reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, Frost Bypass, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been redeemed or once the software has been accessed.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frost Bypass makes no guarantees regarding uptime, compatibility, or undetected status. Use of the software is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frost Bypass and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
